Welcome to Creative Glams! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any transactions or engaging with our services. Creative Glams ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.creativeglams.com). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer an alternative item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices: All prices for products are listed clearly on our website and are subject to change. No refunds will be given for orders placed should a price decrease while the order is still processing or after the order is completed.

Payment: Payments are due once order is placed. We accept :credit cards, BOV Mobile Pay & Revolut Transfer. Any additional charges (e.g., for added services or products) will be billed after the service is completed.
Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the final cost at checkout.

RETURNS
Creative Glams will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Personalised items cannot be returned unless goods are defective.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers' expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Creative Glams) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time 

In general, orders are delivered within 3 working days, if no personalization is required. 

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order if no personalization is required.

Our shop operates on Monday - Saturday, during standard business hours, except on public holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Always check social media pages for updated opening hours.

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.4 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. If item cannot be reordered, a refund or an altrernative item is given, in such instances, you will be contacted.

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5 Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email stating that the order is ready and out for delivery. No tracking link is currently available. 

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

DUTIES & TAXES
Sales tax, including VAT, has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. Personalised orders can be cancelled within 3 business, if not being processed already.

USER RESPONSABILITIES
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when purchasing services.
Follow all applicable safety and health guidelines provided by Creative Glams.
Not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behaviour while on our premises or interacting with our staff.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Creative Glams’ website, including text, images, logos, videos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Creative Glams. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our site without written permission.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Cookies: Our website may use cookies to enhance your user experience. By using our site, you consent to our use of cookies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Creative Glams will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. You acknowledge that all services are provided at your own risk.

FORCE MAJEURE
Creative Glams shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

MODIFICATIONS
Creative Glams reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation/arbitration or in the courts.
