Creative Glams is an online shop that offers delivery to Malta & Gozo.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept any Credit Card like MasterCard or Visa. BOV Mobile Pay or Revolut payments are also accepted.

Yes, It is. We make use of a fully PCI-compliant payment gateway that ensures that all sensitive card data is protected at all times.
I need an item urgently, can you help me?
Please contact us so that we can try and find the best solution and organize the quickest completion time. This might incur an extra charge and service may not be available during peak seasons.
Can you help me with a custom item that is not on your website?
Please reach out to us by phone or email and we will surely help you out as best as we can. Not all our products are listed on the website.
Placing an Order
How can I place an order?
Simply browse our website and select the item you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you encounter any issues contact us at info@creativeglams.com or contact us on +35699591541 for more assistance.
When can I collect my order?
As soon as you receive the email saying that the order is ready, you can come to collect your items as indicated in the email.
How will I know if my order is ready?
You will be notified via email once your order is ready. All pick up details can be found in that email. If you have opted for delivery, our third party courier will contact you prior to delivery.
How long does it take for a personalised order to be ready?
Usually, orders are ready in 5 to 10 working days, excluding weekends & Public Holidays. These delivery dates are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within these dates or before, sometimes during very busy periods these time frames can change depending on the current workload. Various items have different production timing. Factors such as quantity, can affect the production time. Production time for each item can be confirmed with us prior to placing your order.
Wedding orders might take longer to be finalised. If you have a specific date please let us know and we will work with you towards the best solution to meet your deadline.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We understand that sometimes we change our mind, and we will do everything we can to assist you in case you’d wish to cancel or change your order – however, if the order has already been sent to production, we won’t be able to cancel or change your order. It is advised that you contact us at your earliest to avoid any disappointments.
I Forgot To Order One Of The Products I Wanted, Can I Add It To My Order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add more products to an order once it’s been confirmed. You’ll need to create a separate order.
I’ve made a mistake in the personalisation for my order, can I change it?
Mistakes happen! We will do our best to amend your order, however, on some occasions, we aren’t able to do perform any changes.
If you have placed an order for a Personalised Product, you will only be able to change or cancel your order if your order is not yet being prepared. Once a Personalised Product is ready, you will not be able to cancel or change that order.
To change an order for a Personalised Product, please reply to the email acknowledging that we have received your order with all the necessary details. Please note you will only be able to change the personalisation within the time periods specified above.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you are unhappy with the product you’ve received, you can get a refund. This only applies for items that are not personalised.
The returns window for a full refund or exchange is 14 days from the date of purchase. Should you make a return from the 15th day up until the 30th day from the date of purchase you may either exchange the item or we will provide you with a store credit receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised gifts unless the product is faulty. Please contact us and we will try as best we can to solve the problem. You can read our Return Policy fr more information.
Gift Vouchers & Store Credit
Do you sell gift vouchers/cards?
We offer the option to purchase a gift card in our store and online. Contact us via email to learn about the different available options.
How can I purchase a gift voucher?
You can either purchase a gift voucher in store or online. The gift voucher is a physical voucher, we do not offer virtual vouchers, and so any online voucher purchases will be sent to the applicable shipping address.
Can I redeem gift vouchers/store credit online?
Yes you may, just enter the gift voucher/store credit number on checkout and the amount will be deducted from your order total. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
When does my gift voucher expire?
Both gift vouchers and store credit expire 12 months after date of creation.
Do I need to use the full value of my gift voucher in a single transaction?
Yes, the value of a single gift card must be used in a single transaction.
I've made a purchase using a gift voucher/store credit but I would now like a refund. How will I receive the refunded amount back?
The refund will be given by means of store credit.
Shipping FAQ's
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to ground floor using a third-party courier to all of Malta & Gozo. For more information about our delivery service, kindly read our Delivery Policy:
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Malta & Gozo, Europe. If you require a quote for international shipping, kindly send us details of the products you’d like to receive together with the address so we can check possibilities and quote accordingly.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days after placing the order. This Only applies for orders that do not require any personalization. Our third party courier will contact you prior to delivery. Persoanlised orders are usually delivered within 3 business days after the Order Completed email is sent out.
I paid the delivery charge but I’d rather collect the order myself, is that possible?
Of course! Always let us know at your earliest that you’re going to collect your order to make sure that we do not ship your order. Collection can take place during our shop opening hours and a full delivery refund is given on pick up.
